Trademark owner is able license its Trademark to third parties in respect of goods and/or services within the scope of registration as well as to use its Trademark by himself/herself. It is also possible to assign Trademark to third parties. 

In this regard, services concerning the preparation, examination and registration within Turkish Patent Institute of the licensing and assignment contracts are available.
