Invention means a rule, formula or theory related to a product or process, which provides a solution for a problem in a technical field.
Patent
Patent means a certificate conferred by the State to the inventor in order to entrust him with the competence to produce, use or sell the product or process that constitutes the subject matter of the invention exclusively for a definite period of time.
